Figure out what your budget is, typically you will be paying your utilities on top of your monthly rent. Print out your Equifax Credit Report, Organize your paystubs and proof of employment letters. Have the rental application filled out and include trustworthy references.

CREATE A PLAN

Now is the time to talk with your realtor and discuss your needs and wants. Explore different neighbourhoods and start the hunting process

PREPARE FOR AN OFFER TO LEASE

Once you have found the perfect place, I will prepare an offer for the landlord to review.

You will have to ensure utilities are switched over to your name and you have adequate renter's insurance before getting your keys to move in.
